God Is Love

Without a doubt the most important words you will ever read or hear is “God loves you.”

God does not love you sometimes, or if you are good or if you belong to a certain religion or if you pray and make sacrifices. God loves you all the time unconditionally. God even loves you if you don’t believe in God.

As humans, we seek love and are devastated without it. Love is simple; it requires you to give it first. God gives us love every minute of every day. When we separate ourselves from God, we block God’s love so that fear, hatred, jealousy, violence, and failure are manifested into our lives.

The secret of success and happiness is love. Love is the path we must follow in order to perceive the great spiritual unity between God and humankind. This universal law called love is necessary to bridge the gap between God and all else.

The mighty truth that has been hidden from us is that we are not separate from God, as we have been led to believe. Through love, we attain a rebirth of consciousness and a unity with the Universal Superconscious Mind of God. God’s love moves through the universe expressing itself in every flower, bush, tree, butterfly, snowflake, the light and warmth of the sun, the majesty of the mountains, a field of wheat gently blowing in the breeze and in the mighty power and vastness of the oceans.

God’s love is manifested in physical form for us to see. We are the only aspect of God’s creations that can make a conscious effort to return God’s love.

Today’s Exercise: Go into the countryside and experience God’s love and perfection in nature.

Today’s Affirmation: I am loved, because I love.

The Trinity of Humankind

In all the books I ever read on the subject, no one told me how to use my mind to be successful. Well, I’m going to tell you now. All human beings have three minds:
1. Our Conscious Mind: This Mind is the one we are most familiar with. The Conscious Mind gathers all of the information from our five senses, and then makes decisions. Our Conscious Mind is like the operator of a computer. The operator must first make a decision to turn the computer on, then to go into a search engine or into emails. Our computer however only gives back what’s put into it.

2. Our Subconscious Mind: This one, is the mind that the majority of human beings have no idea about how it works or how to use it. Our Subconscious Mind is like our software; it in fact contains all the information in the universe. However, our Subconscious Mind cannot do anything unless it receives commands from our operator (The Conscious Mind). Our Subconscious Mind does not know the difference between real and unreal and will create into reality whatever the Conscious Mind instructs it to do. Since eighty-seven percent of the world is mostly negative, what our combined Subconscious Minds creates is mostly negative. If you doubt that, look around you. Wars, hatred, jealousy, poverty, illness, bigotry, etc., are all products of negative commands from the Conscious Mind to the Subconscious Mind.

3. Our Universal Superconscious Mind is the mind of God. This is the hard drive to our computer called life. Here is the truth that you may not be unaware of. There is only one soul in the universe; it is the Universal Superconscious Mind of God. This Universal Superconscious Mind is connected to every living thing. God communicates with us through our Subconscious Mind. God communicates by sending us ideas and thoughts, kind of like getting an email every day. Actually, it’s thousands of emails every second. I think God is spamming humanity. It is our Subconscious Mind’s job to wade through the emails and pick out the ones that are important to us. Our Subconscious Mind gets its commands from our Conscious Mind what to look for.

You are exactly what you think about all day long, and you control it so when you change the way you look at things the things you look at change.

Today’s Exercise: Use your Minds to attain everything you need and want.

Today’s Affirmation: I am infinite. I am God.

The Secret of Life

The big question is, why are we here? The object of this life is the pursuit of happiness. Most people feel that if they become successful, then they will find happiness. Wrong, it is the other way around. You must find happiness in order to be successful. Now, you may say I know a lot of wealthy people who are unhappy and you would be right. Maybe the way they got their riches is what’s making them unhappy. For you and me, let’s keep it simple.

Pursue happiness. Find happiness with your present employment. It’s not the job, it’s you. Are you as happy as you want to be? Happiness should not come from outside influences, happiness is a state of mind, and only you control the state of your mind.

Happiness comes from living in this moment. If you are worried about tomorrow or fretting about yesterday you will not be happy today. Today, right now, this moment, is all there is. Make up your mind right now that you are happy, you are alive, that you have many blessings to be happy about. You, who are procrastinating, do it now. Say these words, “I am happy.” Say them over, and over until you feel happy. Then look at your world. What in it is making you unhappy? Identify it and then (very important) change the way you look at your unhappiness. What is good about it? How can you change to make it work for you? If it’s a person you think is making you unhappy, you can’t change that person; you can only change you. If you are unable to change, then you are unable to succeed. Don’t say “I’ve always been like this” because this is exactly what’s keeping you from enjoying success, happiness and prosperity.

Today’s Exercise: Find something you really like to do and do it. Then capture the essence of your feeling. This is how you want to feel in everything you do.

Today’s Affirmation: I am as happy as I make up my mind to be.

Points to Ponder: You must find happiness in order to be successful.
